  • A feed from the people you follow: photos, videos, completed workouts, and challenges, with likes and hashtags.
  • Community crews, leaderboards, and achievements beside the feed; a post stays with its author, never reposted.
  • A lift or PR shows a number only after ARCQTYPE has verified it; everything else reads Pending.
  • One @handle per role, guardian consent tiers for 13–17, and private-by-default adult profiles.
