Guardian Rights
Your rights as a parent or guardian
If you are the verified guardian of an Arcqtype athlete under 18, you can request at any time:
- Access — review the personal information collected about your athlete
- Deletion — delete the athlete's account and associated data
- Stop further use — end Arcqtype's further use of the athlete account
Requests are acknowledged within 7 days and targeted for completion within 30 days. Submitting a request does not mean it is complete — you'll receive a receipt code to track it.
Submit a request
Use the secure request tool: guardian rights request form. You'll verify your guardian relationship by email and receive a secure link to submit your request.
You can also email privacy@arcqtype.com with the subject line "Minor Account Request."
