Common questions

• Sign-in trouble — Athlete sign-in happens in the iOS app, not on this website. Use "Forgot password?" on the Athlete app's sign-in screen, or continue with the Apple or Google account you originally used.
• Guardian consent — athletes 13–17 need a parent or guardian to verify by email before profile details go live. ARCQTYPE is for athletes 13 and older; under-13 signups are stopped before any account exists. Guardians manage consent from the parent view.
• Verifying stats — missing, typed-in, and verified evidence stay distinct. A verification badge shows source-review state, not automatic score impact. Only eligible verified evidence can support the ARQ Score, and scores recalculate weekly on Sundays.
• Deleting your account — request deletion in-app or by email; we honor deletion requests as described in the Privacy Policy.
