Common questions

• Sign-in trouble — use "Forgot password?" on the log-in page, or sign in with the Apple or Google account you originally used.
• Guardian consent — athletes 13–17 need a parent or guardian to verify by email before profile details go live. Arcqtype is for athletes 13 and older; under-13 signups are stopped before any account exists. Guardians manage consent from the parent view.
• Verifying stats — upload film or meet results from your Profile; verified metrics carry the badge and count toward your calibrated ARQ score.
• Deleting your account — request deletion in-app or by email; we honor deletion requests as described in the Privacy Policy.
