ARCQTYPE for Parents

Support your athlete’s next step.

One place to see what your athlete is supposed to do today and whether it got done: training, meals, recovery, and the week ahead. The Parent website reads the same record your athlete builds, adds the nutrition and guidance the household needs, and puts the camps and showcases worth your time in one place, so you can support the next step without running it.

Coming soon, fall 2026.

The Parent website Home page for the Hale family with Jordan in focus: ARQ Score 85, the week's Sunday card, four rings for training, nutrition, recovery, and physical therapy, a day-by-day bar chart for the past week, and a workouts summary of planned sets logged and sessions completed.
Coming soon, fall 2026.

How we verify

Parent website · Diet and Nutrition

Nutrition to fuel your athlete’s progress

What the meal plan calls for, what is in the pantry, and the grocery list that closes the gap.

  • Read the shared meal plan: daily calorie and protein targets, each meal with its time, and supplements.
  • Keep the pantry current: scan a barcode, photograph the shelf, or review a bulk shop as one batch.
  • Plan gaps compare the meal plan with what is on hand and land on the grocery list.
  • Alerts when something is out, low, or expiring, so the meal around training is not missed.
The Parent website Calendar in week view for Sep 6–12, 2026, filtered to Jordan: meals, school classes, strength sessions, team practices and walkthroughs, training with Riley Chen, and a game-day reminder laid out by day, read from the shared schedule.

Parent website · Consent and sharing

Know what’s shared

Every panel says what you can see and what you can change.

  • Each panel is labeled athlete-controlled, read-only, or guardian-editable, so there is no guessing.
  • Consent is yours to set for a 13–17 athlete; nothing is shared until you turn it on.
  • Keep academics and the Outward Bio current for the athlete to review.
  • Private medical detail stays out of the parent view; aggregate rings follow health-sharing permissions.

Parent website · Socials · Preview

See what your athlete shares, labeled as shared.

Socials on the Parent website is the household view of your athlete’s feed: what your athlete chose to share, labeled as shared, with the same verified-only numbers and private-by-default settings the Athlete app uses.

  • Your athlete’s feed: the completed workouts, verified PRs, and challenge results your athlete shares reach the household view; nothing arrives that was not shared.
  • Shared and labeled: every post in the household view says it was shared by the athlete, so you always know what you are seeing and why.
  • Likes and hashtags: the household sees the likes and hashtags on a shared post; comments stay inside the athlete’s own network.
  • Verified-only numbers: a lift or PR shows a number only after ARCQTYPE has verified it; everything else reads Pending.
  • No reposts: a post stays with its author; nothing from your athlete’s feed is re-shared, and nothing in the household view can be.
  • Consent-governed: guardian consent tiers set what a 13–17 athlete can share, and you review them on the Parent website.
