Accessibility

ARCQTYPE wants every athlete, parent, coach, trainer and recruiter to be able to use our apps and arcqtype.com.

Our goal. We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on arcqtype.com and our web portals. We build our iPhone app to work with VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, Reduce Motion and other iOS accessibility settings.

What we do. We check pages and screens for accessibility when we build them, and we fix the problems we find.

Known limits. Some parts of ARCQTYPE may not fully meet this goal yet. Photos and videos that users post may not have captions or descriptions. Some charts show data that is also available as text on the same screen.

Tell us about a barrier. If something in ARCQTYPE is hard to use with your device or assistive technology, email support@arcqtype.com with the subject "Accessibility". Tell us the page or screen, what you tried to do, and the device or assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within 5 business days. If you need information from ARCQTYPE in another format, ask us at the same address.
